Welcome, Baby Evelyn! 

 

Our Junior Director, Scott Seelig, and his family welcomed a new addition — baby Evelyn was born at 9:40 AM at St. David’s Hospital. Mom and baby are doing well and are now home. Scott will be taking a short paternity leave and looks forward to returning to the courts soon!

Fall Junior Team Tennis (JTT) – Now Recruiting!  Join Caswell’s Orange, Green, or Yellow Ball teams this fall! Teams compete across Austin in a 6–8 match season on Sunday afternoons starting in September.  Interested? Email Scott: scott@caswelltennisatx.com

 

Junior UTR Matchplay

Players compete in two “Fast-Four” matches. Perfect for building experience and UTR!

Requirements:  Green Ball level or higher.  Can serve and rally

 

ADULT PROGRAMS & EVENTS

 

New Monthly Tournament Series – Starts August 23  Coach Sarah Sedory is launching a fun, monthly draw tournament with rotating divisions. While not USTA/UTR-sanctioned (yet), it’s a great way to gain match experience!

• First Tournament: Saturday, August 23 at 3:00 PM

• Entry Fee: $30 per player (payment due August 20)

• Prizes for winners

• Sign-up: Through the pro shop only. Must list USTA rating.

• Divisions: 3.0/3.5 Men’s Doubles, 3.0/3.5 Women’s Doubles, 4.0/4.5 Men’s Singles

• Sign-up deadline: August 20 at 12:00 AM

• Draws available: August 22

• No refunds after August 20

• Fruit provided
