 Fall 2027 After School Program

Registration

 

This 3-week session runs from November 30 to December 17.  As you will not be charged at the time of registration, you will be charged on the first day of the program.  Make up days will be scheduled for weather-cancelled classes.  This is for bad weather ONLY.  If your child misses a class for any other reason, he/she will still be charged for that class.

 

Payments

  • Payments will be made automatically at the beginning of the session

  • Rates will be prorated if there is no class scheduled due to a holiday. 

  • If we have a bad weather day, your next payment will be pro-rated.

  • If your child misses a class for any other reason, he/she will still be charged for that class.

  • We will no longer have make up days and no refunds.

  • Again, any bad weather days will result in the next pay cycle to be pro-rated.

 

Our price remains the same (4 weeks):

 

  • $100 for Quickstart (30 min),

  • $120 for Hour classes,

  • $240 for 2 hour classes.

Payments cannot be pro-rated if a player has to miss any weeks due to personal reasons.  

 

Cancellations: Players are able to cancel at any time, but no refunds will be made if it occurs after the dates of payment. To avoid an overcharge, please email Manager Naya Tillitt prior to the payment date.

 

Class Type:  To determine the correct placement of players, we used the USTA quickstart program guidelines. The goal of separating the classes is to enhance instruction and maximize growth. Coaches may move players at any time, but it is at their discretion.
