Registration and Cancellation Policies
We do not accept cancellations via email. You must call or cancel online.
CANCELLATION DEADLINES

For evening clinics: 12 noon the day of the clinic.

For morning clinics: 3pm the day before.

For Cardio: 6pm the day before
REGISTRATION POLICY
Clinics open for registration two weeks in advance. By registering for our clinics you agree to attend ​and pay for all appointments that you make. If you "no show" or cancel after the deadline, you will be charged as if you attended. We may also require that you keep a credit card on file after missing a scheduled appointment.​
WAITLIST POLICY
If you add yourself to a clinics waiting list and someone cancels within the appropriate time frame, the first person on the waiting list will be "auto-enrolled" and an email notification will be sent by 10sPortal. You are responsible for recognizing the email notification and attending the clinic. If you add yourself to a waiting list and are no longer available or no longer want to attend, please remove yourself from the waiting list. If you "no show" or cancel beyond the deadline, you will be charged as if you attended.

Monthly Round Robins
The Round Robins are held one Saturday per month ($27)

Players must be at least at the advanced novice level. This is NOT for novice players or players above NTRP 2.5
