Junior Program Policies

Conduct Policy

We strive to create an environment where all players feel supported and respected

  • Players are expected to be courteous to coaches and fellow participants at all times.

  • Good sportsmanship, both in victory and defeat, is expected on and off the court.

  • Disruptive behavior, bullying, or disrespectful language will not be tolerated and may result in removal from a session or the program.

  • Players are expected to participate in all aspects of the program.  This includes the warm up, drills, games, as well as ball pickup.

Safety Policy

Your child's safety is our highest priority

  • Proper tennis shoes and athletic attire are required for participation.

  • Players must bring water and stay hydrated during all sessions.

  • No unauthorized use of equipment is permitted.

  • Coaches must be informed of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before sessions begin.

  • In the event of extreme weather (lightning, high heat index, etc.) sessions may be canceled.

Attendance Policy

Consistent attendance helps players progress and ensures smooth group instruction.

  • Please arrive on time so sessions can begin promptly.

  • If your child will be absent, late, or needs to leave early, notify Coach Nick in advance when possible.

  • Absences due to personal reasons will not be refunded.

  • Makeup classes will be provided at the end of the session for any class cancellations due to weather.  In the event that no make ups are provided, we will issue a credit for the missed days accordingly.
