Big Wins for Caswell USTA Teams!

 

Caswell teams had an incredible summer season — congratulations to all our players and captains! 

​

• Fuzzy Yellow Fury - 2.5 Sectional Champions
  Captain: Angel Ho · Co-Captain: Allison Underwood
  FYF advanced to the final against Laredo, who brought a huge crowd of supporters. After dropping their singles line and splitting doubles, the deciding match came down to a third-set tiebreak. Facing two match points, our team battled back to clinch the win! **Fuzzy Yellow was the only non–country club team at Sectionals — now heading to National
   

• Love Em and Leave Em – 4.0 City Champions
  Captain: Kim Hoang · Co-Captain: Karin Samelson
  Finished a perfect 10–0 regular season before taking the city title. * 
   

• Party at the Net – Lonestar Sectional Champions Won Sectionals and earned the title of Texas Champs (no Nationals offered at this level).

• Racquet Riot – 3.5 City Champions
  Another big win for Caswell, wrapping up a fantastic USTA season

 

NEW:  Private Lesson Request Form

Booking private lessons at Caswell can be tricky, so we’ve made it easier!  Fill out our Private Lesson Request Form and tell us your preferred days, times and instructors, and we will contact you when we have compatible availability. Access the form here  (Also available under the “Private Lessons” tab on our website.)

​Even with our improved system, there are still far more requests for lessons than there is availability, so if you’re interested in getting on the courts a little sooner, consider joining one of our group classes.

Fall Junior Team Tennis (JTT)

Junior UTR Matchplay

Green & Yellow Ball - Saturday, September 13 | 6:00 – 9:30 PM

Players compete in two “Fast-Four” matches -- perfect for building experience and UTR!

Requirements:

• Green Ball level or higher

• Can serve and rally 

 

After-School Junior Program

Mon–Thu, Aug 25 – Oct 3

Weekly Red, Orange, Green, and Yellow Ball programs are underway; while we are mostly full, a few open spots remain:

 Monday: 

4 - 5pm, 1 Orange Ball Spot 

5 - 6pm, 2 Orange Ball Spots 

 

Tuesday:

3:25 - 4pm,  3  4-5 year old Red Ball Spots *

 

Wednesday: 

4 - 5pm, 1 Orange Ball Spot *

5 - 6pm, 1 Orange Ball Spots *

 

Thursday:

3:25 - 4pm, - 1 4-5 Red Ball Spot
